Spearheaded full-funnel CRO strategy focused on converting new users and mobile traffic more efficiently. Implemented high-impact conversion opportunities, while running continuous A/B tests to refine performance. Cart enhancements, optimized search UX, and homepage & product page enhancements played a key role +28% CVR gains.


Product Discovery & AI-Powered Personalization

Key optimizations were made to how customers discover and engage with products across the site. Enhanced navigation, AI-powered product recommendations, strategic cross-sells, and personalized bundling improved product visibility & engagement, translating to +143% ATC rate.


The on-site experience was reimagined to better reflect the premium positioning of the brand while improving usability. A targeted UX/UI refresh enhanced visual hierarchy and brand expression ahead of a key product launch. The result was a more intuitive, cohesive, and elevated experience that made it easier for customers to engage, explore, and convert.
